Last month, we gave our 30-days notice to my landlord. Shortly afterwards, both of us caught some nasty head/chest cold that lasted for a few weeks. This left us only 2 weeks to get everything out of my apartment before the next tenant moves in tomorrow.
For the past two weeks, Mark and I have gone to work and then we went over to my apartment to either pack, move boxes, or clean. We have gone home every night being purely exhausted... it is the best I have slept in awhile as sharing a bed is truly an adjustment.
Tonight, we have our final walk-through. Then, the next step will be to move the boxes from my apartment out of our living room. Even so, I am excited to only have one residence again :)
